I sent my documents to Islamabad Hec for above said purpose but after 13 days I got message that the documents are remains undelivered and returned to origin. I am in hurry I am a scholarship holder I don’t have enough time. It is requested that please send documents to hec or do anything to me application process otherwise my future is on stake. Take this on serious note.
