Your courier rider (Mr. Asad) was told yesterday 1-12-2016 at 1400 hrs to collect few letters, he replied I will come in the evening but till now 2-12-2016 1645 hrs he did’t turned up to collect letters. We always remind him several times but excuses that he has very heavy load and thus he could not collected.
Kindly assign some one else to collect letters from our office location: 4th Floor Mashriq Centre, Gulshan-e-iqbal, Karachi.
An urgent response is expected.
