Subject: Complain for signal Coverage + call drop + voice breakage + billing invoice not receiving Against 0300-8431125
Greetings with the complaint against subject mobile number,
Dear team, we are complaining with the Disappointment before making decision against the subject business mobile number as above. We are bearing the signal coverage problem, signal drop, even call failed during the call Since long.
Our major using areas are our office @ 3rd floor, ashrafi heights main market Gulberg ii, ( 31°31’23.8″N 74°20’49.9″E )
and home @ Bilal st Ali Park Nadrabad 1 Bedian road Lahore cantt. (31°29’56.9″N 74°24’29.9″E )
We are facing problem for 5 years, but now we are unable to use the Mobilink network, due to such problems of call disconnectivity and signal problem, voice breakage problem and other calling issues.
Now we are also facing the invoicing problem, invoice not received of this month on email, but received thread message due to not paid of bill, and thread to block the sim of not paid within some hours.
Is Mobilink is desired to block our sim with or close our connection, which we run since 20+ years for our Business …. ??
If Mobilink don’t want to provide the usable Calling Service instead of dead network to us. Please advise us to continue with Mobilink with resolve the Problem or divert to any better network rather than Mobilink or Warid ..
