Respected sir,
I ordered Electric Faucet Tap Hot Water Heater from M/S Preloved Items Shop no. 34 Farman Plaza , Jinnah Avenue Gulistan e Johar Karcahi online through COD.
On receiveing the package through TCS, i was surprised to see a very cheap perfume amounting to Rs. 100/- in local market instead of the item i orderd i.e Electric Faucet Tap Hot Water heater.
It is a clear indication of fraud which the company is making using your courier service.
I try to contact the shipper, but the contact numbers given were not reachable and fake.
Relevant proof is attached.
As this a COD item therefore i request you to not make payment to them for doing the fraud using your courier and damageing your reputation also.
I also want to return the fake item and want refund of the same of Rs. 2500/-.
Your coopretion in this regard is highly appreciated and looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible.

i oreder dial vision optical eyeglasses with amount of 2000. when i open the tcs package. i was surprised to see a very cheap perfume hardly amount of Rs:200. I hope somebody must take strick action against these fraud people.
