Respected sir,
My name is Arshad Mehmood, I am a Government Teacher in Govt. Elliott High School Morgah Rwp since 2009.
I have purchased baby clothes for my baby online through Facebook book page sponsored ad page name is Super Glow when I click on book now it will transfer me to their website glowworldkids.com there I have purchased 8 pair baby clothes of price Rs.1599 ( Screen Shorts Attached).
Then I put my details he confirm order from me then. On 28-10-2021 about approximately 10:00 am TCS employee delivered a parcel to me I given Rs. 1599 to him and ask him can I open but he deny to do that. Then I go to my office and open these and see that your COD partner a merchant have done a fraud with me he give me an old shirt and trauser to me ( Pictures are attached).
Then I call your call center on number (051-111 123 456 ) and register a compliment against order number 772633581516 and complain number is 4791072.
But still no response from TCS side it means that TCS support these type of activities because they are your partner how they work with you after that.
I request you please take a strict action against this culprit and refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise I will go to FIA cyber crime with proof.
I hope you will consider my request and take necessary actions on it as soon as possible.
