Hi there, sir I am working with Daraz, and i have 2 returns from daraz. TCS providing services to Daraz. I received 2 parcels from TCS on tat doorstep one parcel in (MAY) 5th month and 2nd one in (JULY) 7TH month. yesterday TCS received another 2 parcels from Daraz that should be Delivered at my Address, evening time I received a call from one TCS head that person said my house address is not in TCS service area, then I call to TCS complaint cell, lady talk to me she told me that, my address was incomplete, then she took my full address she said you will get a confirmation call and after some time I received that confirmation call, the guy was talking he told me that your address will be delivered to your doorstep.
7.12 PM 14/10/2021 I received another call from TCS head office the guy talking told me this time my address is complete but not in our services area, further he said that TCS doesn’t have permission or something I forgot what he said exactly.
Sir my concern is that we are receiving every moth our PTCL bill that bill delivered by TCS, if we buy something online, TCS give us service at our doorstep.
What is the issue with my address they are saying not in TCS service area?
Kindly resolved this issue.
