AOA, I went to the TCS Branch Cart Road Murree For the purpose of sending my documents to HEC for degree verification, but the branch representative person is making the lame excuses that the TAB on which the online shipment process will be complete is not working and the battery is also low etc. I visited three times on the branch but he is giving the same reason that his TAB is not working properly. I have to travel 10 to 12 Kilometers to go for a TCS branch and your representative telling me this from last 3 days. I want to send my documents immediately. I am in a lot of trouble due to this type of behaviour of Branch representative.
