Two complaints.
1) The cost of product while placing order was Rs. 599/- but when the order placed it showed Rs. 799/- which is quite unethical, misrepresentation or cheating.
2) The product sent was not checked and it is not working which needs to be replaced on urgent basis.
Either new product be sent and let it be checked first whether it is working or not. If this can not be done then, Rs. 800/- be immediately returned.
