I have send my shipment on 7th of September to address of Balochistan Residential College Uthal. today 13th of September still my shipment not deliver to the office of BRC. i have complained 4 times but still not such response. last date of submission form was 11 September. this is not the first time I have previously send tcs to uthal they call them to come on office and take your courier. A college or University how they come to collect the courier. it is requested you to take same strict action of uthal tcs services and request to please take my shipment to the BRC college Uthal.
