LAHORE SILK BANK kalma chock branch mr. adeel on telephonic talk today((ready line loan) is very insulting behavior while I explain about my personal problems to manger mr. junaid but your BANK staff i.e. mr. irfan, adeel, etc oftenly very harsh and insulting me, if i refused or not coperate him then they right to insult me but they come every month my home and threat my family. it is very unfair,

on 31st January, 2020, silk bank collection officer made a call to me. He misbehaved and used abusive language. He threatened me that he will use my personal data inappropriately. For the proof, i can provide you his recorded call on your demand. Regards
