Subject: Facts Finding Report In Relation To Fake CNIC’s No. 42401-5364399-5 namely Altaf S/O Haroon, and CNIC No. 12354333020 Hakim Khan S/O Gulistan Khan
That on behalf of the my client namely Mohammad Sultan S/O Gulistan Khan who is the real brother to the Hakim Khan S/O Gulistan Khan, who is using two (1) CNIC No.42401-5364399-5, Namely Altaf S/O Haroon (2) CNIC No. 123-54-333020 Hakim Khan S/O Gulistan Khan, in this way he is using two CNIC to commit fraud and cheating.
Therefore you are requested that how a Government employee Retired Driver working under Deputy Director KMC South / DMC Vehicle Section KMC Lawrence Road Karachi can use two NIC of Different NIC of the same person.
There fore you are requested to get facts finding reports and take appropriate legal action against him with the intimation to the undersign.
