My staff went to TCS to send 2 parcels to Peshawar and Lahore from Karachi.
their staff without asking, added Rs/-750 on top of courier charges and GST as it was mandetory.
Their staff did not even bother asking a question and added the bill.
After I got the invoice. I send my staff back, then same staff said now we need to pay extra taxes and pay for boxes. what is this going on?
