I received a call from 0533726368 today, dated 07-08-2021 from tcs new branch of Gujrat, Pakistan. They told me that they have my parcel at their branch, and asked me to come and collect that parcel personally instead of delivering at my adress. That branch is far away from my residence. when i asked them to sent my parcel at my home adress, the caller talked rudely and told me that they can’t and said that they are only responsible for informing me about my parcel and that’s it. I told him that i had received my another tcs parcel 1 day before at my very adress but he refused to accept that. Then he hung up the call.
