Pathetic experience and bus service (actually the most bad word must be used). They have a very good ability leave passengers in the mid stops who had already boarded in the bus in the mid way. don’t even take any attendance before arrival from the certain midway stops( I don’t understand the purpose of tickets part kept with them while sitting in bus, actually it has a meaning to be kept i.e. to see the passengers are with them before departure after any stay). The staff should learn certain code of ethics before employed. This is the most certain ethic to be learnt to take attendance of your bus passenger after any stay. After inconvenience/mishap occurs they have lame excuse that they are not responsible for this(as a matter of the fact, if they are not responsible for the passengers already boarded, who has all there luggage in the bus and left in the way without any cash and mobile also she is a single women, God Forbid anything cold happen, then who is responsible, ofcourse the bus service is responsible). If they are not responsible they by any means don’t have right to run a bus service. Afterwards they also give lame excuse that they are punctual with time(Honestly in my opinion one or two minutes doesn’t matters if it can avoid any further serious mishap with any passenger). Moreover its not a plane that it can’t be delayed for one or two minutes. The bus hostess and the driver can get late only because their meal was not available on time in certain kayam o taam, but a passenger cannot be late even though he is not late for his ease but due to certain issue and only for one or two minutes.
Please learn these basic ethics before running any transport/bus business.
Whatever they have in their so called policies they should not be allowed to leave already boarded passenger of the bus in the midway and if they claim that they are not responsible for such passenger issues then with such policies they should not be registered to run the travel agencies.
