Dear Sir/Ma’am

I am an account holder in JS-Bank, having number 167681, in M.A.Jinnah Rd branch of JS Bank and have paid for the online and web-based services. Recently, I found my facility blocked and the manager told me that it was owing to some “statement returned back” type of issue, with which I did not agree but to proceed the matter without further waste of time, I filled the given form and did submit a copy of my CNIC on Monday early morning (22-8-2016). I was told it would take just about a day to resume the services.

Now, I venture to submit my complain I am deprved of the services, for which I have already paid to the bank, till date, and this is affecting me & my business substantially. I have to make payments (web-based) within the deadlines, or I will suffer from penalties and/or loss of required benefit. Who will pay for the damage, if it occurs to me, based on UN-NECESSARY delay and irresponsible behavior of the Bank administration?

I seek your help and request you to kindly come to my rescue at your earliest kind convenience. I shall remain grateful to your honor for an early remedy
