I sent my documents on 17th via TCS to korea and they still didn’t arrive on destination. The behavior of employees at TCS head office is very impolite. They seem like they are not there to provide a service but make comments about it.

* Write TCS in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS.
