I placed an order via MAF app on 3rd July, 2021 order #1954-17233-16290 and paid via my credit card and from some amount from myclub points, due to an issue with the app the credit card payment did not go though and I never received the order, however myclub points were deducted whereas I never received the order and myclub points should have been reversed and the APP still says the order has been delivered, since 3rd Jul, 21 I have been trying to contact helpline #042 352305100 & 0800 49737 where I initially spoke to and Mr. Jamal 0332-0476730 and he committed for a call back where Mr. Ali called me and firstly he is so extremely unprofessional and rude, he did not provide me with any resolution and hung up on me. I have called numerous times on 0800 49737 and firstly it is not Pakistan based helpline, they will have someone call me from Pakistan office which do not know anything and neither they have an attitude to help customers, the management in Pakistan sucks big time, since no one is willing to help.
