I submitted my documents to TCS facility on urgent charges on 29 June 2021 and was told that if delivery failed to reach before 11:00 AM, the overpaid charges shall be refunded. I checked through tracking id on tcs website and found that TCS failed to deliver before said time and took screen shots for the purpose. I am upset to see the tempered sms recieved by tcs which i recieved after 3.00 pm but time mentioned in sms is 10.30 am.
I request you to refund my amount and take action against tempered sms which is tantamount to fraud.
