The TCS office Tandoadam called me yesterday to confirm my address , despite they agreed to understand they didn’t bother to call me or approach and returned my courier.This is completely awful experience as I have been continuously tracing my courier. When I got message today of courier returned I was shocked.it is very non professional dealing.They must be reprimanded.
