Dear TCS
My shipment booked from Gujranwala to karachi under CN#1465202216 and I registered my complaine before eid and still daily call to ur costumer care services for getting update for solving my issue but ur representative always give same answer we are working on it.
It’s not good u send broken product to me I refuse to accept it from ur rider and return it definitely shipper booked a complete product bcoz TCS definitely not accept broken item for delivery.
I paid 6000 for the product and additional 2500 for Delivery charges.
As per policy TCS bond to solve issue 24 to 48 hours but in my case it’s too long now.
I need my issue solve now!
As my money (around 8500 PKR) is stuck.
Looking forward for ur kind assistance.
