As the booking of shipment is done on 17/05/21.
On 18/05/21 sms is delivered with remarks the document are un delivered due to wrong address. Same address the shipment is delivered. This time objection of wrong address. On the other hand same data is communicated with TCS complain centre for delivery, instead of that they put the shipment on hold as documents are urgent to delivered the response of TCS service centre is unsatisfied.
