I have ordered at Carrefour through their app n payment also done online but they have not delivered order even after 10 days which was supposed to be delivered very next day

How to file a complaint against Carrefour’s?
* Go to page
* Write Carrefour’s in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Carrefour’s.
The same happened to me. When you email at [email protected], they send a traditional auto reply and ask to contact their toll free number. However, this number is not attended despite 50 tries during their working hours. They are neither sending the item nor canceling the order. They are just holding customers money!!
This company has no customer service ethics.
