My Mother Najmuz Zahra Zaidi who is an old woman, use to have SCB Credit Card and which she has cancelled already yet the bank is keep sending us bill for Rs. 5,647.38 as card charges. (card# 4289 22** **** 5822)
How can you charge card fees when the card is already cancelled and at the time of cancellation there were no charges. Also, the bank has not redeemed the bonus points which are around 10,446 points. This is quite disappointing and a big gap in SCB Banking practice.
I request you to remove these forceful charges immediately. Also, redeem the bonus points.
