We sent a consignment no 2364864565 from isb to karachi on urgent basis on 11 feb 2021. Our consignment contains important custom papers for clearance of our imported vehicle. But due to tcs negligence, it was delayed and reached at karachi custom directorate office after official timings and was returned to tcs office karachi again by the rider… Now on 13 feb, it is Saturday and custom office is closed, our shipment is late, our vehicle is still stucked… Even we paid extra amount for urgent delivery but all in vain and this scenerio is delayed till Monday.. We are facing financial plus mental crisis due to this. Kindly take strict action againts TCS company and kindly insure our compensation and on time delivery.
