I am residing at Flat No.A-10, Rufi View, Phase-3, Jamshed Quarter, Karachi and i have purchased another flat bearing No,405, Rubi Height, Plot No.13, JamalUddin Afghani Road Bihar M.C.H.S, Sharfabad, Bahadurabad, Karachi which is lying vacant but i am paying the all utility bills regularly including SSGC Bill but SSGC illegally and unlawfully charges Rs.527/-Towards PUG Gas Charges plus PUG GST RS.527/- although i was not using Gas at the said flat which may kindly be deducted in the monthly bill and revised bill may be issued
