I am Mrs Asad
I had to recieve my parcel from Lahore to Faisalabad at 23rd January. As it was sent from Lahore at 7:20pm from Mughal pura branch Lahore dated on 22-January2021.
But still after 4 days I am unable to receive it even I have launched 3 complaints via phone cal on helpline, email and Whtsapp number but no one team member contacted me.
When my parcel was being booked for courier I repeatedly ask to that franchise person please mention Faisalabad as destination because manawala is just an area of Faisalabad. But this man was arguing with that manawala has seperate code. I further explained that there is another manawala city near to shekhupura plZ don’t send there. This persons behaviour was very unprofessional and stubborn he was repeatedly saying we have separate branch in manawala which have separate code of MNW instead of FSD so I am gonna enter this one code.
He did same and sent my parcel at wrong destination. You can check my full adress is Faisalabad. Sir I sufferd a lot during this all
Plz help me. And take strict action against him. There are 3 pairs of costly shoes inside the parcel.
