Asalam-u-Ghalikum,
I send important documents for migration to my university (Cosmat University Lahore) which includes academic documents and a bank draft of 10000 rupees under the TCS tracking number (5067645215) through TCS service on 21/1/2021. Today I call my university to confirm its delivery, with my surprise and extreme disappointment I was told that your package has not been yet received. I eagerly tracked my package on the TCS website and its status was “undelivered (reason: unable to contact)”. For God’s sake, I have written address, phone number, and every little address thing on the package how on the earth this package is not yet delivered.

I have a health issue and want this migration at any cost. Please track down this package in Lahore and I will make an alternate way to deliver it personally If you are somehow not able to deliver. Please respond to this email as soon as possible.
