Asslaam o Alaikum .. Hope you will be okay.
I have booked a TCS from Sialkot to Karachi on the following address.

Booking Date > 18th Jan 2021
Consignee > M/S Maryam Khan , Divisional Superintendent Postal Services (South) Hidayat Ullah Road , Opposite PSO Patrol Pump, Karachi
but it is very sorry to say that it could not be delivered even after passing 4 days. My office boy proceed to TCS office located at Paris Road Sialkot for its update status. on 21st Jan 2021 he assured that the shipment will be delivered today till 18.00 p.m. bit it was not delivered. My office boy again visited TCS Office Sialkot on 22nd Jan 2021 for four times. The booking staff in morning assured and the same words were repeated that it will be delivered today. My office boy again visited TCS Office Sialkot between 15.15 p.m. to 15.45 and he contacted with delivery boy at Karachi who informed that he is going to deliver the shipment. My office boy again visited TCS office Sialkot round about 16.00 p.m. on 22nd Jan 2021 and the booking staff i.e. Mr. Ali is available there. My office boy ask me to talk with Mr. Ali . i speak to him and informed him the whole story. Firstly he told that may office boy visited for first time before him and my case was dealt by the morning booking staff. on my request he noted the particulars of shipment and assured me for positive response within 10 minuted. He contacted me from this contact No. 0318-7626442 at 16.33 p.m. on 22nd Jan 2021 and informed me that he has launched my compliant on helpline and shipment will be delivered today and action will be taken against delivery boy.
I would like to mention here that i hav already booked shipment from the same TCS Office Sialkot for Karachi at same address mentioned in my compliant and the same were delivered on committed time. then how it is possible now the shipment could not be delivered due to incorrect address as per update status. i have checked the status round about 18.00 p.m. on 22nd Jan 2021 and the status was updated as ” Schduled for delivery ” but now in morning on 23rd Jan 2021 the status was removed and shown as undelivered due to incorrect address.
Many Thanks to Mr. Ali the evening booking staff of TCS Office Sialkot for his cooperation and launching my compliant.
But the question is why the wrong status of schduled for delivery was updated and then removed?
why my shipment has not yet been delivered? on contacting the delivery boy by the morning booking staff he could not tell a valid reason about non delivery of the shipment.
why the action against the delivery boy has not yet been initiated even after launching the compliant?
I prefer TCS over Pakistan Post Office but its very sorry to say that my experience is not quite good. i am hesitating to use TCS again in future.
Your services are not satisfactory.
I think you should hire some reliable and active staff for running the satisfactory progress as well as to eliminate the public complaints.
i hope u will personally look into the matter and take necessary measures to resolve my issue.
