My parcel was arrived in TCS center but not delivered since 4 days. Due to negligence of staff and delivery boys. Because they are not come to the address and also not inform to customer and tell a lie that address was wrong or no one can recive the parcel etc. If they by mistake give miss call and customer reply them no one can give positive response to the customer. If customer call the delivery boy on his miss call no they can not pick the call or busy the number. And if we can complaint in tsc office they says that they are not allowed to them to contact the delivery boys and they has no cell no of delivery boys. If they are not allowed to contact the delivery boy how they trust on him to handover the Parcells to him.please take action against them because black sheep’s to drawing the base and name of TCS services. ایک وقت تھا جب سب TCS کی سروس بھت بھروسا کرتےتھے لیکن جب سے ایسے لوگ آیے ھین آپ کی سروس میں تو افسوس سے کھنا پڑ تھا ھےک اب وھ بات نہیں تھی اس میں. سو پلیز ٹیک Care of urs struggle and punish them mustly. My TCS tracking number is 774595924300.and parcel was in rawalpindi TCS center from last 4 days and delivered to me I am in rawalpindi. So u can think that how poor service was urs company.
