I ordered a online product via Daraz on 30 Nov which was expected to be delivered in 3 days. The address was clearly mentioned on parcel but it was sent to Larkana instead of Thatta. I lodged a formal complaint to TCS customer service they ensure to deliver it within 24-48 hours but failed to do so. It gave me a very negative image of your services and insisted me to not use it future.
