Dear Concerned,
My name is Kanwal Amjad, I am having issue regarding my educational documents which i sent to HEC with Application ID:
978389 Via TCS Tracking CN:5067228714 on 1st-oct-2020. My documents have been dispatched by HEC on 8-oct-2020 but i haven’t recieved yet.
The tracking ID of my dispatched documents provided by HEC is 2302761377. I have contacted TCS customer service representative many times but i haven’t got satisfactory response .Firstly, they said to wait for my documents 10-15 days , i do that but still no response . I again contacted TCS focal person but they said we will contact you still no response . I am highly disappointed by the behaviour of the most trusted organization. I need to have my documents on urgent basis but the way they are responding me is quite bad. Today i again contacted TCS office and got to know that my documents have finally been misplaced. Some lady nam Nabeela has accepted my documents. I’m still in shock by the level of negligence of TCS. I registered my complaint by ticket number 3885212. Please kindly look into matter and find my documents i need them Asap. And please teach your staff to be more Professional in their approach. I will not use TCS service ever again in my life. This is so heartbreaking. I trusted TCS with my most precious documents, i do not afford to loose them .
