I have forward shipment no 6561926716 on 28 october 2020 from quetta tcs office for rawlpindi. Which was require to be deliver within 2 day. But after exiry of 7 days still not received on destination. I contact to tcs office karachi no 021111123456 behaviour of call recepiant personal was very rude. He reply that tcs not deliver because address was not traceable. Whereas cell nos of both receiver/sender were mentioned in envelope and was require to call receiver or sender if any problem to trace the address. As joining call letter was contain this thlis tcs envelope whose date was 3 november 2020 which has been expire. Who is responsible of this delay act.

I document was lodged reciept no CN:503051005, dated 2020-11-12 at 19:33, from Karachi for Brisbane, Australia, after today on 19th Nov, both TCS and DHL web sites showing as “return to sender on Monday 16.11.2020 at 17:55” on tracking page (screen shots available). Upon enquiry the shipper is told its under process and wasnt return to shipper.
Upon mentioning the status on website, it was inform that document package came back for some informantion, than they claim for customs requirements.
What a pathetic service, for over a week it has not even leave Karachi, plus TCS is customer focus that it only have one 111-123-456 number, no email link to complain, no person to address complains.
I am waiting for the arrival of my urgent documents (hope they do reach in the end) than i will file a complain through my lawyers in Karachi.
