Dear,
I am writing about the kpk upper area Malakand divison. Few days ago, i had sent some documets from Dargai Malakand district to Swat district on the same divison. The delivery time was 3 working complete days. The parcel was delivered after 3 days. The process is very slow and i am very disappointed about the services. Morover, the data of parcels are Not enter on the online system on time.
