we were travelling from Multan to Lahore ON 04-oCT 2020 @1300 hours vide bus number LES1615(18) ITS AIRCONDIONING WAS NOT WORKING at all in spite of our complaints they said that its not working but it was not working from start of destination we are paying extra other than other bus services for the services which are not there so kindly get our tickets refunded ticket serial numbers 201004050475,6201004050442,3 numbers 31,32,30,29
