I booked GO cream at 10:84 on 19-08-202 in Lahore, detail is as under:

Destination: Civil Secretariat Lahore
I contacted with captain and he replied that I am reaching swiftly. After some time it was communicated that captain has reached on GT road exit of DAEWOO, the vehicle was White COROLA, it was raining, I sit in the vehicle and captain said that he has switched on the ride and we started the Journey, one of my friends Mr. Aamir Hayat was also with me. When we reached at destination (gate of Civil Secretariat Old P&D office, 2-bank road, Lahore). I asked how much was rent the captain checked from his mobile and said that there was some net-work problem and rent was not showing in record. Then he called at your cream head office Lahore and asked about the amount of rent, it was told Rs. 1987.00. The Captain informed me, I was astonished to hear such a huge rent. Then my self talked on same call and reply of recipient/caller was that your original booked was cancelled and this vehicle is business class and costly. I said then who sent this vehicle to me or booked the ride and why without giving any information or notification to me my original GO ride was cancelled, then caller replied that I have to pay Rs. 1987.00 to captain and Cream will refund me Rs. 1450.00, I paid Rs. 2000.00 to Captain, Mr . Usman whose Vehicle No. is 9312 and his mobile No. is +92 323 0425598. I asked him to send me message from your mobile along with your vehicle No. that you have received Rs. 2000.00 so he sent me message from his mobile with same information. I started waiting of refund of Rs. 1450.00 and I am still waiting No one is solving my issue. This whole seen and drama or let me allowed to say FRAUD is played with me under the Shadow of Careem in Lahore. I am communicating from last one week but still no proper remedy is given to me. I am further spending money on communication. I am a PhD Doctor and Professor in a University in Faisalabad as well as a regular Tax Payer of Govt. of Pakistan. I am not still understanding that how a such big and international company can behave and deal with customers in such a way. It is my last communication through email and if my issue is not resolved then I will start campaign against Careem through Social Media in Pakistan as well as at international level. Moreover, I will approach agencies of my country like FIA, ISI, Police etc. as well as knock the door of of my country’s honorable courts for justice.
In view of above if my issue is not resolved then I have the right to agitate at different fora and I also reserve the right to submit your complaint to concerned agencies of my country for resolution of this issue. Please resolve it and save me from this fraud and mental torchure.It is not a matter of money but it is a matter of justice and fair play.

This same scam happened to me last night. The careem captain told me that my ride has been shifted from go saver to premium and i have to pay the premium fare but the rest of the amount will be returned back to me by careem. Now the captain number is off and my money is lost. My fare was 766 and he took 4500 from me.
