DEAR SIR,I HAVE A ACCOUNT INTO JS BANK F,B,AREA BRANCH,KARACHI.MY BANK BOOK MY 500,000 LAST YEAR FOR TAKAFUL AND JUBLEE INSURANCE POLICY.THEY TOLD ME THAT PROFIT OF YOUR MONEY WILL BE AROUND 12% TO15% ,AND YOUR INSTALMENT OF INSURENCE WILL BE PAY FROM PROFIT.AFTER ONE YEAR YOU WILL GET HANDSOME AMOUNT FROM BANK.BUT AFTER ONE YEAR THEY GIVE ME 17000 AS PROFIT.WHEN I ASK FOR THIS AMOUNT THEY TOLD ME THIS IS TOTAL PROFIT.I ASK THEM TO STOP MY INSURENCE POLICY INTO THE MONTH OF JULY BEFORE IT RESUME.BUT THEY DETECT ANOTHER INSTALMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT INTO MONTH OF AUGUST.EVEN I STOP POLICY IN THE END OF JULY.WHEN I ASK THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY,THEY SAID WE WILL DETECT 9000 FROM MY MONEY.THIS IS CHEATING AND BANK MANAGER NOT COPERATING WITH ME.     JS Bank Garden West Br shutdown the cheque clearing at 3:30 to 4:00 pm instead of 5: 30 difficulty for customers there cheques takes 24 hours late to credit in there account Please take notice

  2. Dear Sir, my bank account No. 484249 is operating in js bank Okara since 2014. On 13/12/2019 at 14:36 from head office Karachi phone No. 02136490005 call received at my cell number 03453287572 that we are offering you a health protector plan, I refused the plan. Then the Rep of JS bank said that we are sending you documents after reading the documents inform us on help line yes or no.
    Today 16/12/2019 at 17:22 a text message received on my cell that PKR 26230.00 has been debited from your account no 484249 due to account transfer. Sir, I have not yet received documents nor I read them and nor I allowed by yes/No. Why my amount 26230/ debited from my account. Take action against fraudi Rep.

  3. I have complaint against JS Bank. I was using JS bank credit card, once JS bank send me annual charged summary of Rs: 2190 after that I call on JS help line to remove the annual charges because at the time of issue bank said there would be no annual charges. Bank representative told me that please made a transaction of Rs:4500 so I made a transaction of Rs: 4450/ and paid the amount of Rs:4500/ in JS bank Akbar chowk branch but i did not received message from JS bank and made other transactions till november,19. But in the month of november I received a message from JS bank to pay RS:4450/ I called to help line for inqiry and the bank representative said 01 transaction of July,2019 was not posted and now itbis posted so pay Rs:4450/, However I paid Rs:4450 againg in November, 2019 and registered a complaint to Mr. Feroz Manager JS bank DHA he waited my time around 3 to 4 month to resolve my problem after that he said please call to jS bank help line and register your complaint, I many times registered my complaint but never received any message from JS Bank. I have paid all my dues but still JS bank sending me message of interest. Please remove all interest against me about Rs:8015, so that I can use JS bank crefit card.

    Mujhy js bank se call i the apna personal details data share kry jb k mere inkar pr meri mobile banking app block kr di gai aj 22 dn hogya hain plzz open kr dey..mane complain bhi krwai ha..
