In our area having express line,all streat paid full billing but Mr.Badaruddin Hakro sb having too much direct wapda line with the helping of current SDO and line man and line supdt. They received amount monthly basis and facilitate him. So kindly action about that,because we all paid billing but they out of law and theif. Thanks
