On 15-07-2020 @ 1725 pm my husband booked shipment from Hamdani bulding. The behaviour of your counter and floor staff was totally non cooperative, irresponsible as well as threatening. At 1600 pm , this shipment was typed with wrong phone numbers and staff member went for smoking outside, there was no rush at that time but they stood my husband outside due to no mask but entertained two other customers without mask and in 2nd time they again wrote my wrong name on slip. You can confirm it from ur CCTV and record. when my husband argued about mask SOP and mistakes on slip so they deliberately delayed my shipment. they booked my shipment third time @ 1727 pm. They were continuously taunting during booking and said if u have issues on mistakes so why are you using Tcs courier.
Now my shipment is in transit from last three days. Today was a last working day of consignee address and shipment was very important to reach today.Kindly fix the responsibility of delay of shipment and inquire.
