I recently ordered Xiaomi Air Dot online (Rs. 2,500) that were advertised as Original. But I received the fake version of very low quality. They have blocked me on Whatsapp after I complained. And they are not replying me on the Facebook page anymore.

I understand you cannot process the repayment of Cash made through you (COD) but you should at least check the issue. TCS is too big a name to work with such fake websites.

I have same issue for smart watch which even could not get ON till now and no one respond via WhatsApp or FB messenger.
I faced exactly the same issue with same product and same pricing ans they blocked me from all social. Media afterwords like whatsapp facebook phome number. Everywhere
Scam website, don’t buy from them, I have proves they block you from their page and don’t reply anywhere, They delivered 2500 products and charged 4000, Very Poor Quality product. Think before you Spend Money With them.

Selling damage and low-quality products, now they not answering my calls and messages
100% same scenario here… One airdot isn’t working and they blocked me when I complained about that.

I have ordered Xiaomi redmi bluetooth airdot 5.O which are availible in market for around 5000rs they have put discount on them and are selling for 1500rs and they have sent me some china headphones which are maximum of 150rs they are scamming everyone i request the authorities to take strict actions against them thanku
