We are facing problems regarding delivery of monthly bills at home. They deliver bill after due date or do not deliver timely. I think department has submitted instruction to them for getting surcharge after late deposit. This is shame for responsible of the department PTCL. Every utilities bill receive timely. i.e., LESCO, SNGL, Water etc. Delivery services are very poor and incompetence align staff in this PTCL department. This is negligence’s of PTCL responsible. I will submit complaint to Prime Minister as well as concerning Ministries regarding these services which is provided herein New Pakistan. Because, PTCL create harassment to resident of Pakistan. Secondly, we beg request to another and get support for deposit ibanking.
