I ordered pubg thumb sleeve from Daraz. I track the order num from tcs tracking there is written unable to contact. When i go to tcs office qaboola ask the officials about it. They said we contact you but u didn’t respond. I ask them where you contact me they said we called you i ask them show me where you called me they didn’t have any thing to provide that they called me or they don’t even message me when i ask them they have no answer and at the end saying maybe daraz have written wrong number or etc stuff. Kindly look into this issue waiting for your response. As customer we wait a lot of time for the package at the end if we don’t receive and call or txt from tcs at the and get to know that u are called and txt u didn’t respond its disgusting.
