Booked educational documents through TCS under shipment number 306032485131 on 03 June from Karachi to Haripur KPK. Upon non receipt of shipment called TCS helpline 021111123456 and registered a complaint on 05 June 2020. Shipment was needed urgently on Friday therefore on Saturday 06 June 2020 visited TCS office Haripur to inquire about the shipment. Staff deployed there seemed to be untrained and illeterate. Totally blank and non responsive. Refused to provide any information by saying the supervisor is not here. It was during office hours. If TCS can not deliver the shipment even after four days then why one should pay service charges higher than all other companies in the market.
