Dear Complaint Officer,
I am not receiving bills regularly. Last above mentioned bill also received on exact due date which has been paid.
The mentioned bill has contained billing of Rs.12,228.85 is anxiously wrong and extra ordinary amount for the month of Month Feb-2020. Kindly look into the matter and make adjustments against usage of 3.622 HM3.
