Sir, I am Ashfaq Ali Durrani. I use MCB VISA Debit Gold Card for ATM services. My account no is 000012-1. My acount is in Islamic Branch at Peshawar Saddar.
MY ATM No is 4286 6800 0981 6733.
My NIC No is 17101-0258974-9.
Sir, I made a transaction on 04 Nov 2016 at about 15:22 hrs from HBL ATM at PAF Camp Badaber, Kohat Road Peshawar. Rupees 6000 were charged / deducted from my account but the amount was not issued from the ATM machine. Subsequently, I made another transaction at 15:23 hrs for Rupees 5000 and recieved the amount. The initial amount of Rs. 6000 was wrongly deducted as I didn’t get the money from the ATM machine.
It is therefore, requested to kindly reverse the transaction and return / credit the amount of Rs. 6000 into my account which was wrongly deducted due to ATM machine problem.
