Sir mujhe b gas k bill par pug gas charges laga kar bhej diya hai Rs 5380 ka jabke mera meter b thek hai phir kis bat ka pug gas charges bharoon me. my connect no 03442557710 my bill consumer no 9616167851
we are very sick & oid badly fractured. our house is locked & gas not in use at all as we live with children at other place with their family.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE SUI GAS BILLS FOR JUNE & JULY 2020 WITH THE LEVY OF PUG GAS CHARGES Rs 396+GST 67 = 463.00 FOR BOTH OF THE MONTHS.
MY HOUSE IS LOCKED FOR LAST FEW YEARS AS WE ARE LIVING SOME OTHER PLACE DUE TO SOME REASON AND GAS IS NOT UTILIZED SINCE THEN.
WHY THE GAS IS CHARGED WITH PUG CHARGES WHEN WE ARE TO USING THE GAS
PLEASE ARRANGE TO RECTIFY THE BILLS AND SEND ME THE NEW BILL FOR BOTH MONTHS.

Sir we are also charges pug and we have paid the bill this is totally unfair kindly adjust our bill costumer nbr 9235357109 pug charges 396 GST 67 with net amount 463 rupees kindly coorect this
Sir, please mark my complaint as well. In my ssgc bill again pug charges are parked with 400 plus gst. Actuall bill is 226 rs. It is the month of August bill.

Dear concern,
My all family member not available in 25 nov 2020 to 16 December 2020 that is why we cannot use gas in those days please give me solution for PUG Gas Charges.
Sir again and again we are charged pug +gst 1733+295,also in name of adjustment debits 225 bill addzd and in as stander name 768 bil added in my ssgc bill,, 3600 extra bill in my ssgc bil why ,,this is injustice with me,,i have 1 room and 1 kitchen in a rent base and in bill ssgc write 350 usits i conumed ,,and orignal is is 4499 ,,mean total bil i get 7686 thousand,,its injustice ,,kindly correct the bill rechecked it,Customer no is 0619191000,and meter no is 17986068
