I’m facing slow speed internet issue for 2 months or so on 03459411139 in Islamabad, during this period I have complained several times to 345, Telenor franchises in blue area and F-10 markaz Islamabad. but problem remains the same.
This problem began when I have purchased 4G SIM, my handset (Huawei P8 lite is 4G compatible) after that my entire internet (2G, 3G, 4G) stopped working. I have reset my phone, replaced 4G SIM, complained to 345, complained in above franchises, restarted several times my phone, checked my SIM in other handsets, but in vain.SIM doesn’t work in other handsets too. The built-in speed indicator shows speed not more than 18 kbps, and 0kbps every time. When I am using Zong, Warid or ufone internet, speed is high but the same doesn’t happen in the case of telenor.
My elder brother has the same handset and the same Telenor 4G SIM, there it works but here doesn’t. Please resolve my issue.

Why Telenor’s Internet Speed Is So Slow service is very bad. When the data is turned on, the service of 3G often changes to 2G

Admi kisi ko call kare to awaz saf nai hota, aksar dosre line line pr logo ki bate bhi sunay deti he.
Internet to pendig hi pending he.

میرا تعلق چکوال سے ہے اور میں گزشتہ ایک ماہ سے ٹیلی نار کا انٹرنیٹ استعمال کر رہا ہوں۔ اس وقت سب سے کم سپیڈ ٹیلی نار ہی دے رہا ہے۔ اگر ہیلپ لائن پر شکایت درج کرائی جائے تو 8 دنوں کا ٹائم دے دیا جاتا ہے اور 8 دن بعد جب اپنی کمپلین کے بارے میں پوچھا جائے تو آگے سے جواب دیا جاتا ہے کہ آپ کو بہتر سروس فراہم کی جارہی ہے۔ جبکہ مسئلہ کا حل نہیں نکالا جاتا۔
I have travelled to Pakistan on numerous occasions and had a simcard throughout my stay to access Internet and make calls from my destination without having to worry about electricity of broadband going to Evo battery dying. However, over the past 3 years the 3 visits I have gone to Pakistan, I have seen no improvement in the Internet quality. I currently have a Samsung S20 Ultra so I am awake my phone does not have an issue reaching a 4G/5G signal. My phone shows 4G however even downloading a WhatsApp picture or opening up a Snapchat picture/video seems to be a struggle where I am waiting hours for it to load. The only time I see a significant difference is between 1am – 5am where the signal significantly improves. Although the signal improves at night I get the occasional occurrence and throughout the day where it brings my signal down to 3G and 2G to a point where I am consistently having to restart my phone. I managed to get a new Sim Card in case the fault was with the sim card however this was not the issue. I wish Telenor or which ever service deals with connectivity would expand and ensure 4G is reachable throughout days and nights.
I have had enough of complaining though email and calling up to have no resolution.

Our area Gokand Ghordara Tehsil Dagar Union Council Gokand is located in Bunir District Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Your network is being used by the people of the area but the internet service is very useless. The people of the area have protested many times. And now this Forced to leave the network. Please activate your service. Residents of other areas will start using other networks and will boycott your service completely.
