It is to inform your good honor that my salary account is being maintained at UBL Muzaffargarh branch and UBL’s staff was continuously requesting me to acquire credit card and thus forcefully granted. I hasn’t utilized it not for a single time but paying Rs. 790/- every month in respect of service charges which are being deducted from my salary. I have not only lodged several complaints to many times at their help line which also cost me a lot but also UBL Muzaffargarh & Multan Branches “ALL IN VAIN” for closure/discontinuation of my said credit card.
Your good honor is requested to kindly make my credit card closed/discontinue and any services associated with said credit card may also be closed immediately and take necessary action for recovery of my loss due to their negligence.
