I have complaint against JS Bank. I was using JS bank credit card, once JS bank send me annual charged summary of Rs: 2190 after that I call on JS help line to remove the annual charges because at the time of issue bank said there would be no annual charges. Bank representative told me that please made a transaction of Rs:4500 so I made a transaction of Rs: 4450/ and paid the amount of Rs:4500/ in JS bank Akbar chowk branch but i did not received message from JS bank and made other transactions till november,19. But in the month of november I received a message from JS bank to pay RS:4450/ I called to help line for inqiry and the bank representative said 01 transaction of July,2019 was not posted and now itbis posted so pay Rs:4450/, However I paid Rs:4450 againg in November, 2019 and registered a complaint to Mr. Feroz Manager JS bank DHA he waited my time around 3 to 4 month to resolve my problem after that he said please call to jS bank help line and register your complaint, I many times registered my complaint but never received any message from JS Bank. I have paid all my dues but still JS bank sending me message of interest. Please remove all interest against me about Rs:8015, so that I can use JS bank crefit card.

JS Bank, i Installed you JS APP and deducted 1400, all apps are free of cost no charges but why you deducted such amount i want refund
