Jazz cash agent through crank call from 03090656349 transfered my 4760 rupees from jazz cash account to 03437646129. Jazz agent is directly involved in the fraud. I have all the proofs how Company facilitated his agent to withdraw money from my mobile acccount by sending messages through 8558. I called to the helpline but they were hesitant to resolve my problem because of the involvement of jazz cash agent. Instead of refunding my ammount ,they were covering theid agent. They are looting the innocent people on daily basis. Please take necessary action jazz cash administration. Thanks.
