Regarding ours first query we receive a phone call from MR FAYSAL said why you send email to head office we can resolve this issue at ours local end and give a phone No which looks a PTCL LAND LINE NO of a person name JUNAID – Faysal said coordinate with him he will cooperate with you . Then we call to this person , looks that he is the VICE PRESIDENT of HABIB METRO such a non sense talk , non cooperative , using hard language , Rough , giving threats look like which we cannot bear at any cost by all mean . We have recorded that conversation with that person . So in the end we forward these all to ours Legal department as well have a look on this also decide shortly that we can further move with yours bank or not ? cause Illiterate talk we cannot bear at any cost . Being a customer service institution its an intimation email against yours person MR JUNAID really a bad experience we have for which we for sure seeks a bold action from yours end against him – Further we are ready to provide that telephonic conversation to you for ready reference .
